SLASHER MONTH: Milo (1998)

Four young girls have just watched an innocent game turn into the murder of their classmate, the very strange Milo Jeeder. And yet sixteen ears later, the four come to a reunion where Milo remains the same age, even as they’ve grown up and moved away.

Great set-up, nice appearances by Vincent Schiavelli and Antonio Fargas, but otherwise a movie that takes its plot from Sometimes They Come Back Again and its tagline — “Remember, Jason and Freddy were kids once, too” — from Mikey.

Then again, how many movies are about a fetus that survived an abortion? Oh, you know, other than Hanger and The Suckling. Man, I really need to get outside and start talking to people.
