Sam’s Popsicle 

• 1 oz. amaretto
• 1 oz. orange juice
• 1 1/2 oz. heavy cream or half and half

1. Put everything in a shaker and do your thing until fully mixed.
2. Pour over crushed ice in a cocktail glass. Enjoy!

• 1 1/2 oz. melon liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz. Chambord

1. Pour melon in first over ice, then top with Chambord by layering it (pour over a spoon, if it helps).
2. Drink it!
