Every week, we watch two movies, discuss them, share the ad campaign and have two mixed drinks that match the movies. Here’s the first recipe.

Karen Black Cherry

• 1 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. Chambord
• 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
• 1 oz. Kaluha
• 2 oz. half and half
• .25 oz. raspberry syrup
• Splash of cola
• Maraschino cherry

1. Mix all ingredients except cola and cherry in a shaker with ice.
2. Top with cola and cherry, then dream of Rainbow Harvest.

The second movie is Burnt Offerings which you can watch on Tubi and Daily Motion.

Burnt Karen

• 1 oz. Fireball
• 1 oz. Sour Apple Pucker
• 2 oz. pineapple juice

1. Shake with ice in a shaker, then pour over crushed ice.
2. Drink it up, then jump out a window or try to drown your son.

• 1 oz. Southern Comfort
• .5 oz. amaretto
• .5 oz. gin
• .5 oz. vodka
• .5 oz. triple sec
• 6 oz. orange juice
• 2 Maraschino cherries

1. Shake all the ingredients with ice in a shaker.
2. Kill a hooker and give their skin to your scarred wife, then enjoy.

Our second movie is Rabid. You can watch it on the Internet Archive and Tubi.

Rabid

• 1 oz. Midori
• 1 oz. 100 Bananas
• 2 oz. Absolut Citron
• .5 oz. milk
• 4 oz. lemon-lime soda

1. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake up.
2. Pour into a glass and check under your arm for a new sex organ.

2. Strain into a glass and beware Renard.

• 2 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. peach schnapps
• .25 oz. lime juice
• 4 oz. cranberry juice

1. I want to shake your blood, I mean, ingredients with ice in a shaker.
2. Pour in a glass and drink up.

• 1 oz. Absolut Citron vodka
• .25 oz. Cointreau
• 2 oz. orange juice
• 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
• .25 oz. grenadine

1. Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with shaved ice.
2. No psychic needed. Just drink it.

Shark Attack

• 2 oz. Malibu rum
• 1 oz. Blue Curacao
• 4 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. lemon lime soda
• Dash of grenadine
• Maraschino cherry
• Gummy shark

1. Shake rum, curacao and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Pour in a glass. Top with soda, then drop in a shark and a cherry. Add blood in the water with the grenadine. You’re gonna need a bigger glass.

Unsane

• 1.5 oz. blackberry lemonade moonshine (or you can use vodka)
• 4 oz. lemonade (3 oz. water, .5 oz. lemon juice, .5 oz. simple syrup)
• .5 oz. lemon juice
• 2 oz. club soda
• .25 oz. black food coloring

1. Mike all ingredients over ice.
2. Stir and stand in the rain screaming while you drink this.
