Rocketship

• 2 oz. high proof rum
• 2 oz. Coco Lopez coconut cream
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. amaretto
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Maraschino cherry

1. Mix all ingredients except for rum and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Pour over crushed ice, then top with rum and a cherry.

Space Surfer

• 2 oz. Malibu rum
• 2 oz. Jagermeister
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• .5 oz. lime juice
• .5 oz. Coco Lopez coconut cream

1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Pour over ice and drink.

• .5 oz. triple sec
• 3 oz. carrot juice
• .5 oz. coconut milk
• Nutmeg

1. Shake rum, triple sec, carrot juice and triple sec in a shaker with ice.
2. Pour in a glass, top with a shake of nutmeg and watch for people taking eyes.

• 2 oz. vodka
• 6 oz. passion fruit juice
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. lime juice

1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake it up like you’re a dinosaur with a pesky human in your mouth, then pour in a glass and enjoy.

• 1 oz. Frangelico
• .5 oz. Screwball
• .5 oz. Kahlua

• 1 egg white

1. Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker.
2. Strain ingredients into a glass. If you knew what was in that book, you’d turn to jelly.

• 1.5 oz. 99 Bananas
• .5 oz. Coco Real
• 4 oz. orange juice
• 1 banana

1. Throw everything in a blender — kind of like this movie — with ice.
2. Blend and become zombified.

Dracula

• 2 oz. whiskey
• 2 oz. cherry syrup (you can use the juice from the inside of maraschino cherries)
• .5 oz. simple syrup
• .5 oz. lime juice
• Maraschino cherry

1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Pour into a glass and drink it like a vampire would a virgin.

• 1 oz. vodka

• 1 kiwi

1. Place all ingredients with ice in a blender and blend to your desired thickness.
2. Pour in a glass and practice safe sex (and blending).

• 1.5 oz. Malibu rum
• 1.5 oz. high proof rum
• .5 oz. butter shots
• 2 oz. Frangelico
• 2 oz. blue curacao
• 1.5 oz. lemon juice
• 3 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. half and half
• Grenadine (to taste)

1. Place everything in a blender with ice and blend to the texture of someone eaten by a shark.
2. Pour into a glass, then drip in grenadine so it looks like blood.

1. Mix everything over ice.
2. Stir and run. They’re  coming to get you, Barbara.

I realize you can’t get Turner’s outside of Pittsburgh, so you’ll have to find another iced tea of your choice.
