THE DIA DOUBLE FEATURE HAS A WEIRD MIX!

This Saturday at 8 PM EDT, we’re joined by John McDevitt for two movies that in no way go together. You can join us at 8 PM EDT on the Groovy Doom Facebook or YouTube channels.

Up first, it’s See No Evil, which you can watch on Tubi.

Every week, we watch movies, discuss them with our super intelligent chat room, look at the ads for each film and have a drink that goes with each film.

Here’s the first recipe.

Blind Russian

  • 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Crème de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
  • 3 oz. half and half
  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, then pour into a glass.

Here’s the second drink.

Karate Zombie

  • 1 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. 151 Rum
  • 1 oz. Kraken rum
  • .5 oz. apricot brandy
  • 1 oz. passion fruit vodka
  • .5 oz. 99 Bananas
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. lime juice
  • .25 oz. grenadine
  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except for the 151 Rum.
  2. Pour into a glass with ice, then top with high proof rum.
