GET READY FOR TWO BLASTS OF SHEER MADNESS ON THE DRIVE-IN ASYLUM DOUBLE FEATURE!

This week, we really have two movies ready to ruin your brains. Join Bill and me on the Groovy Doom Facebook and YouTube pages at 8 PM this Saturday.

Up first, it’s a movie that defies categories and answers, Winterbeast! You can watch it on Shudder or Vimeo.

Every week, we talk about each movie, show an ad gallery for it and then make a cocktail that goes with the film.

Here’s the first recipe.

Winterbeast

  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz. Malibu rum
  • 1 oz. blue curacao
  • .5 oz. Coco Real
  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour over crushed ice and drink fast so this movie makes sense.

Our second film is I Don’t Want to Be Born, AKA The Devil Within Her, The Monster and Sharon’s Baby. You can watch it on YouTube and Paramount Plus.

Here’s the second drink.

Hercules

  • 5 oz. cola
  • 1 oz. Southern Comfort
  • .5 oz. peach schnapps
  • .25 oz. lime juice
  1. Pour Southern Comfort over ice.
  2. Add the other ingredients and say a prayer for Joan Collins.
