Get ready for PURE TERROR month! You can help!

We’re looking for writers for the month of November! Like last year’s Chilling Classics month, this time we’ll be reviewing the films of Mill Creek’s Pure Terror box set.

There’s no set length and you can write about anything you want to! Here’s an IMDB list that has all of the movies:

  • Crucible of Horror
  • Double Exposure
  • The Dungeon of Harrow
  • The Werewolf of Washington
  • Hands of Steel
  • The Sadist
  • Terror-Creatures from the Grave
  • The House that Screamed
  • The House by the Cemetery
  • De Prool
  • The Night Evelyn Came Out of Her Grave
  • Night Fright
  • My Mom’s a Werewolf
  • Evil Brain from Outer Space
  • The Tell-Tale Heart
  • Dr. Jekyll vs. the Werewolf
  • Terror in the Jungle
  • Night of Bloody Horror
  • Anatomy of a Psycho
  • Green Eyes
  • Night of the Blood Beast
  • Manos the Hands of Fate
  • Bloody Pit of Horror

If a movie is claimed, it’s now off the list! Thanks to Bill Van Ryn, RD Francis, Dustin Fallon, Roger Braden, John S. Berry, Jennifer Upton and Craig Edwards for being early adopters!

I got my box set for $5 at a used store, but you can get it for $10 on Amazon (or feel free to get these movies from any other source, several have been recently released on blu ray with much better prints). Any of the films above that have been hotlinked were already reviewed here, so I’d love someone other than me to write about them.

You have until October 15 to finish your articles. We’d love to have you on board!
